It is impossible not to work for a healthy diet for you. I think the problem may be discovered that the amount of calories that you underestimate in one day. For people who say that eating right and exercising is not working .. I say this when you should start a diary. Write down everything you ... everything you put into your mouth.even if a coin .. all those calories add up. Discover all the calories you eat you every day. It is good to know that we are putting into our bodies. Here is an example of a good diet, nutrition, when combined with exercise will help you lose weight:
Breakfast:
Made 2 scrambled eggs (with Teflon cooking spray, not butter)
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup melon

Snack:
1 cup low-fat yogurt small

Lunch:
1 / 3 pound broilerled, scallops,
Steamed vegetables such as broccoli or squash

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
3 oz flank steak
Sliced tomatoes and green beans
Romaine Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

And do not eat anything for .. 7 Clock It is difficult for the body metabolize calories at night, and tend to be fat.

The so-called "regime" never happened. the true meaning of "diet" comes from the Greek ... and livelihoods. To change your diet should not change their lifestyle, what you eat.
